Hydraulic Drive R.O. WaterMaker Kit |

This kit is designed to be hydraulically driven by an existing hydraulic system, or by upgrading to our complete hydraulic system which includes a hydraulic pump for mounting on your main engine or generator set, storage tank/heat exchanger, flow control valve, hydraulic motor with bell housing and coupling to attach to our high pressure R.O. pump, and various hoses and fittings. The R.O. kit comes complete with all necessary items except the mounting brackets to attach the hyraulic pump to the engine. Custom stainless steel mounting brackets are available for Westerbeke generator sets. (This kit does not include additional pulleys for your main engine. However we can custom make these pulleys for you or contact your nearest engine supplier.)
- Standard R.O. high pressure pump with aluminum-nickel bronze (or optional stainless steel upgrade) pump head with liletime limited warranty to original non-commercial marine purchaser.
- Hydraulic motor, bell housing and coupling to attach to the R.O. pump.
- 1000 psi certified filament wound fiberglass RO membrane housing with Super Austenitic stainless steel end plugs, mounting brackets and a lifetime limited warranty to the original non-commercial marine purchaser.
- Stainless steel Control Panel including flow meters, hour meter, stainless pressure gauge, manual stainless regulator valve, three-way selector valve, overload circuit breaker, safety stainless high pressure switch and indicator light.
- Prefilters (5 and 20 micron) with clear housing & stainless mounting brackets.
- Thin film, spiral wound 1000 psi, 50,000 ppm high rejection (99.5%), heavy duty RO membrane(s) including one pound of cruising membrane preservative.
- Safety aluminum-nickel bronze low pressure switch and service wrench.
- 20' nylon lined high pressure hose with reusable fittings.
- 10' heavy duty white reinforced feed water hose and fittings.
- 15' heavy duty red polyethylene brine water discharge tubing and fittings.
- 15' FDA approved blue polyethylene product water tubing and fittings.
- 3/8" inline check valve for product water tubing.
- Miscellaneous fittings, screws, hose mounts, etc.
- Set of installation diagrams and instructions.
- Toll Free assistance line for installs or technical support.
