The Aquagen can make fresh soft water, power, run your dive
compressor or hydraulic system, heat your water, and charge your refrigeration
all at the same time, "we custom build these systems"
The popular AquaGen 150 is a compact, low fuel consuming powerhouse, capable of producing up to 150 amps and from 8 up to 62 GPH of fresh water. It will also work well from
river, lake, or sea-water. A refrigeration compressor may be added, and/or a hydraulic pump to power additional accessories such as a dive compressor, 150 GPM bilge pump, bow thruster or windlass.
The generator set and watermaker high pressure pump are assembled as a compact unit with membranes mounted under the genset or elsewhere in the vessel. The watermaker's
control panel can be mounted topside. Expansion capability is built into all
sizes. Fan cooled radiator with backup alternator and/or marine heat exchanger with wet
exhaust combinations are available on all units whether for sea or land use. All
electrical components are mounted above all the water components. Note that our
Kubota engines retain the original Kubota two
year factory warranty.

- Kubota diesel engine with vibration damping counter balances The Aquagen 150 also comes with an emergency hand crank with mounting bracket.
- 316 Stainless steel or aluminum mounting brackets, and shock absorbing rubber feet with double 3/8" stud mounting.
- Heavy-duty spring-loaded spike absorbing automatic belt tensioning idler arm.
- K6 Polly groove pulleys, & belt for maximum efficiency. Vented heavy-duty 12 volt electric clutch for remote operation.
- Standard high-pressure pump with aluminum/nickel bronze (or optional stainless steel upgrade) pump head with lifetime limited warranty to original non-commercial marine purchaser.
- High temp large frame 150 12-volt alternator.
- 1000psi certified filament wound fiberglass RO membrane housing(s) with Super Austenitic S/S end plugs, mounting bracket, and a lifetime limited warranty to the original non-commercial marine purchaser.
- Thin film, spiral wound 1000 psi, 50,000 ppm high rejection (99.5%), heavy duty RO membrane(s) including one pound of cruising membrane preservative.
- Stainless steel remote control panel including flow meters, hour meter, stainless pressure gauge, stainless manual regulator valve, three way selector valve, overload circuit breaker, safety stainless high pressure switch, and indicator light, and laser engraving.
- Prefilters (5 and 20 micron) with clear housings, stainless mounting brackets, safety low pressure switch and service wrench.
- 20' nylon lined high pressure hose with reusable fittings.
- 10' heavy duty white 3/4" reinforced feed water hose and fittings.
- 15' heavy duty red polyethylene brine water discharge tubing and fittings.
- 15' FDA approved blue polyethylene product water tubing and fittings.
- 3/8" inline check valve for product water tubing between TDS valve and storage tank.
- 12-volt self-adjusting boost pump.
- Miscellaneous fittings, screws, hose mounts, etc. to run up to 20 feet from genset to control panel.
